UTM presets and link templates

If you tag links with the same UTM values all the time, save them once as a template.

1. Open Links → Templates and press New template.
2. Give it a name, like Newsletter, and fill in what it should set: UTM source, medium and campaign, tags, a folder, a domain, or other options.
3. When you make a link, pick the template from the Template menu at the top of the form. Its settings fill in, and you can still change any of them.

On a team, templates can be shared so everyone tags links the same way. The API takes a template field too.
