Move your links from Bitly or Rebrandly

1. Open Links → Import and choose Bitly or Rebrandly.
2. Paste an access token from that service:
   • Bitly: Settings → API → Generate token.
   • Rebrandly: Account → API keys → New API key.
3. Choose which of their domains to bring and where they should go, then press Start import.

The import runs in the background; you can close the page. Back-halves stay the same, so bit.ly/spring becomes shared.do/spring (or your own domain). If a back-half is already taken, that link is skipped and listed so you can decide.

Each link's total clicks come with it, so your numbers don't start from zero. The token is only used for the import and deleted afterwards.

Keeping your old links working

Links on bit.ly itself can't move, because Bitly owns that domain. If you used your own domain at Bitly or Rebrandly, connect it here first and point its DNS to us: the old links then keep working.
