Teams, roles and viewers

Plans with Teams let you invite people. Everyone on the team gets your plan's features and can make links on the team's branded domains.

Roles

• Owner — pays for the plan, and manages people, domains and settings.
• Admin — can also invite people, manage domains and edit anyone's links.
• Member — makes and edits their own links, and sees links in team folders.
• Viewer — sees every link the team makes and all the stats, but can't change anything. Viewers are free: they don't take a seat.

Require two-factor sign-in

On Team, the owner can require two-factor sign-in for everyone. People who haven't set it up are asked to before they can open the team's links.

Links stay with the person who made them. If someone leaves, their links keep working.
